The Role

We are looking for a Recruiter who would be responsible for the full life-cycle recruitment process, strategy development, sourcing, screening, offer negotiation, onboarding, and integration.

• Decide on the most appropriate methodology and strategy for direct sourcing, branding, vendor management etc.
• Proactively partner and lead relationships with hiring managers (at all levels) to discuss and make recommendations on resourcing as well as looking at the most effective way to source suitable candidates
• Acting as a trusted recruitment / staffing partner, monitoring effectiveness of recruitment processes and suggest improvements as appropriate
• Process improvement and continuous knowledge sharing within the team
• Participate in candidate evaluation and selection process
• Ensuring the global recruitment system (applicant tracking system) and data processes are fully utilized, and all records are kept up to date and accurate
• Responsible for quality of all recruitment related correspondence and compliance
• Regular reporting to senior management
• Managing supply chain for recruitment (Placement partners, Academia, external agencies etc.)
• Key Performance Indicators: Quality of hires, Time to hire, Internal and external process and statutory compliance, Brand building, Cost optimization, Process improvement & Vendor management
