Required Skills:
In depth knowledge of Linux. Red hat, CentOS, Debian, etc.

Hands-on experience in application service migration and upgrade projects specifically Tomcat, Apache.

Expert working knowledge of Tomcat, JVM, and Apache configuration management and integration.

Working knowledge of version control and software repository systems and tools.

Working knowledge of middleware support and engineering in a RHEL environment including RPM packaging and release management.

Expert in technical concepts such as connection pooling, caching, transaction management, and threading.

Ability to read and translate release notes into project tasks and dependencies for install, configuration, upgrade, and migration efforts.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Administration of Tomcat, Apache web Server, and Redis responsible for installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of Tomcat, Apache web server, and Redis. Building Apache/Tomcat/Redis servers by using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)Knowledge of change management process and implementing Agile methodology.

Support SDLC and Release Management.

Evaluate service levels of system performance on regular basis. Prepare complete documentation of various applications and systems.

Strong knowledge of Unix commands.

Collaborate with Security and identify solutions for remediation of vulnerabilities in the web and middleware infrastructure.
