What does a Digital- Performance Marketing Specialist / Executive do?

The Paid Social Specialist drives the marketing departments commercial performance through systematic campaign-specific results and overall measurement.

The Paid Social Specialist works closely with all marketing teams in target-setting as well as post-campaign evaluations.

Requirement and Skills

• Plan and execute all social media marketing, including TikTok, Meta, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter and other social platforms.
• Experience with the principles of creating an advertising campaign; composing audience targeting strategies, generating ad creative for testing, and optimizing for increased ROAS.
• Measure and performance of all Social Media Marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion testsSplit tests, A / B Testing A / A testing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience as per the best practices from CRO standpoint.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

Experience in

• Proven working experience in social media marketing (Minimum 3 years)
• Must be expert in TikTok Ad Management, Meta ad management, Pinterest ad management, TikTok ad management and other social media trending tools.
• Highly experienced in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
• Experience with A / B and multivariate experiments
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• Must be familiar with all social media ing.
• Must have knowledge on advance excel.
