Key Responsibilities:

· Full cycle AP, A/R

· Process payments

· Bank Deposits

· Bank reconciliation CDN and US

· To provide weekly cash flow report

· Visa Credit Card payments and expense reconciliations

· To prepare monthly month end accruals

· To prepare monthly lead sheets

· To update monthly depreciation,

· WSIB Reporting

Qualifications and Skills

· Must have 5years minimum “working experience” with Sage 300 ERP (Accpac)

· Must know how to use A/P, A/R and G/L, P/O

· Experience with Retail Link an asset but not required

· Must have excellent command of English orally and written

· Experience working in Food Manufacturing environment would be an asset

· Must be detail oriented, able to multi-task and prioritize work schedule for deadlines
Must have own transportation
