The Department of Justice maintains and promotes rights and responsibilities, resolve disputes, and contributes to the aim of a safer and more inclusive society to benefit the Tasmanian community as a whole.
In this role you will be responsible for developing and supporting workforce planning with strategic and creative campaigns to recruit diverse and leading talent. You will act as an ambassador for the department while ensuring excellent service delivery throughout the recruitment cycle. You will act as a mentor to recruiters as well as other team members. Demonstration of innovation and outside of the box thinking is a must.

Fixed term for a period of 2 years
73.50 hours per fortnight – flexible options available.
