$86,451 to $90,735 per annum

Multiple vacancies, as follows:

• Fixed term, full-time, day work, working 76 hours per fortnight commencing asap until 30 June 2023
• Fixed term, full-time, day work, working 76 hours per fortnight commencing asap until 31 July 2022

Part-time hours may be negotiated with the successful applicants.

This process may be used to fill other fixed term full-time and part-time vacancies, that may arise in the near future.

Location:

Duties:

• Provide quality human resource advice and services in support of a contemporary human resource function in accordance with the Tasmanian State Service framework.
• Provide day to day leadership and support to the Recruitment Team.
• In consultation with the HR Consultant, assist with the coordination and management of the Senior Executive Service establishment and recruitment for the Department (state-wide position only).
• Coordination and management of the TasGrad, School Based Trainee and other employment or major recruitment programs.
• Undertake assessment of Department of Health pre-employment check results to ensure that a fair and equitable assessment framework is applied in all instances.
• Work with other HR Advisors and members of the Recruitment Team to ensure that recruitment and selection activities meet contemporary organisational requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Undertake Projects across HR Services aimed at improving our service wide response, this could include supporting job design reviews and processes and other general HR projects and activities as required.
