Tasmanian Government Hiring for Educator State Operation Centre Job at Hobart Full Time

The Team:

• The Educator State Operation Centre (SOC) will work with the Coordinator Registered Training Organisation Compliance to develop evidenced based assessment tools to support a Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) assessment process.

The Role:

• In consultation with the Manager of Education and Professional Development and the Coordinator RTO Compliance, the incumbent will design, implement, manage and evaluate accredited training programs within the State Operations Centre.
• Prepare, conduct and document both training delivery and assessment procedures, using approved training delivery plans.
• Design and execute appropriate assessment systems and tools to measure the quality of training provided to SOC staff, and report on outcomes.
• Provide high quality and compliant assessment resulting in the issuance of Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) certification documentation by the RTO.

Details of Appointment:

Permanent, full time, day work, position working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing ASAP.

Salary:

$97,266 to $110,374 pro-rata per annum + 10% superannuation
