The role:

In accordance with established policies, guidelines, systems and processes, the Administration Assistant will:

• Provide high level secretarial and administrative support to the Clinical Director Integrated Operations Centre South (Clinical Director IOC South).
• Ensure the efficient handling and flow of information and correspondence, supporting the day to day running of the IOC.
• Perform high-level administrative duties to support the preparation of correspondence, s and other business documents for the IOC.
• Participate in the development of management systems, databases and s that will aid the efficiency and effectiveness of the IOC.
• Participate in the collection and recording of statistics and the preparation of s and other information relating to the overall business-related performance of the IOC.

Details of Appointment

Fixed Term part time, day worker position working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing from ASAP until 14 August 2025

• notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant

• Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time and part time vacancies.

Base Salary: $69,574 to $75,199 pro-rata per annum

• Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022

The Head of the State Service has determined that the person nominated for this job is to satisfy a pre‑employment check before taking up the appointment, on promotion or transfer. The following checks are to be conducted:
