The Associate Demand Planner for Alchemee products (previously The Proactiv Company) will be responsible for managing components by ensuring appropriate levels of inventory are on hand, on purchase orders and in our fulfillment centers through utilizing the planner’s finished goods sales plans. This candidate will be able to build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure in-stocks are available as directed by monthly forecasts. The Associate Demand Planner will also analyze and communicate business risks and provide actions that can help mitigate liabilities, support quick adjustments based upon critical business needs as directed by sales performance and be able to align with the supply team to ensure CMOs receive components on time for production.

This person must have strong analytical skills, be comfortable with challenging the status quo of current processes and provide solutions to drive efficiencies, display a strong sense of ownership and be committed to their work.
