TAR Healthcare Solutions is looking for Recruiters to join our healthcare recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated, have strong leadership skills, and a strong attention to detail. We are a Healthcare Staffing agency dedicated to placing qualified healthcare applicants in desired positions resulting in positive and productive results. This is a remote work from home contract position. Positions are available in all 50 states.

Responsibilities:

• Attract qualified candidates by posting jobs and ads through databases, online forums, and social media. Schedule interviews, draft questions and attend recruiting events such as job fairs.
• Manage all stages of the hiring process including:
• Sorting through applications, screening qualified applicants and resumes, and completing all required paperwork.
• Coordinating Interviews with individuals and panels.
• Gather interview feedback and communicate through phone calls and email with candidates during and after the interview process.
• Provide recruitment s to team managers and attend weekly coaching and training sessions. Work with leadership to understand the needs of the company and candidate lifecycle processes.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States.
• 1 year of marketing, sales experience, the recruitment process and working knowledge of databases is preferred but not required.
• Ability to design and implement recruiting strategies using proactive sourcing tactics.
• Good communication, critical thinking, and smart business decision-making skills.
• Excellent time management and a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to attend required 3-day online company training classes and weekly online team coaching/skills meetings.
• Required Equipment: Smartphone, computer or laptop with internet access.
