Job Title: Purchasing Analyst

Location: North Las Vegas, NV—On site

Schedule: Full time, Mon-Fri

Primary Purpose: The Purchasing Analyst will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials and services needed to operate our 800,000 sq. ft. fulfillment center successfully and responsibly. They will monitor material inventory levels, and negotiate prices and contracts that best fit our business.

This role will report directly to the Sr. Operations Manager of Maintenance and Facilities.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency to…

• Source and compare supplier bids, negotiating price and quality of service terms
• Be the liaison between our functional departments and suppliers to provide accurate material details
• Monitor and maintain material inventory levels
• Confirm all purchasing orders for accuracy
• Source alternative suppliers in short notice/low supply occurrences
• Track and monitor supplier delivery windows that coordinator with building needs
• Create a cost analysis of received bids
• Keep records of all purchases made by building to share with accounting partners

The accomplished individual will possess…

• Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years’ experience in Business Administration, Purchasing or Finance field (preferred experience supporting a distribution and/or manufacturing organization)
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and record keeping skills
• Experience using SAP Ariba/Buying Hub or similar end to end Procurement System
• Flexible and adaptable to changing business requirements, demonstrating a high degree of urgency
• Excellent computer proficiency: Word, Excel, and Internet proficiency
