Key Responsibilities:

• Cash collection and AR application from relevant Landlord, including Credit control
• Ensure the timeliness of collection through the communication with related stakeholders
• Reconciliation on the unidentified variance against AR balance
• Monthly closing activities in Retail accounting area, such as sales/expense accrual/lease accounting for concession/tenancy/E-commerce store
• Some administrative tasks such as printing out the journal vouchers and relevant landlord statements, etc
• Store Inventory management, coordination on stock take in warehouse and stores
• Support the inquiries on store operation from Retail field and store end
• Reconcile LL statement with General ledger to make sure expense accuracy
• AR Aging report preparation monthly
• E-commence reconciliation with OMS and platform to ensure sales and expense accuracy
• Responsible for wholesale business, reconcile with business partner and accurate invoicing, O/S AR tracking and follow up

Education/Qualifications:

• 1~2 year working experience in AR/GL
• Knowledge of accounting principles (Basic Bookkeeping experiences)
• Experience in SAP/Local ERP system
• Business level of English
• Excel Skills (pivot, vlookup)
• Ability to work well in team environment and diversified culture
• Experience in Retail industry is a must and with E-commerce experience preferred.
