Job Purpose and Summary

Provide great customer service by assisting customers, processing wholesale and retail sales, and help load materials for retail customers.

Responsibilities

• Processing sales

• Loading retail customers

• Answering phone calls and checking the voicemail

• Managing the delivery calendar(s)

• Occasionally help operate in the pit

• Managing truck traffic

• Deciding whether or not we need to reject certain loads of material based on how clean it is

• Help with laboring and operating when needed

• Communicating with others both inside and outside the organization

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent

• No experience is required

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

• Computer skills

• Ability to create documents, spreadsheets, and other related materials

• Ability to perform basic math skills

• Heavy equipment operator skills

• Decision making, critical thinking, and problem solving skills

• Multitasking skills

• Creative skills

• Ability to work with a team

• Ability to sell and negotiate

• Ability to train and mentor

• Independent judgment and action

• Ability to push and carry 50 lbs

Working Environment

• Work environment will consist mostly of office work and occasional field work

• Hours:

Section 30 Materials- Monday-Saturday 7am-5pm

BGR- Monday-Saturday 7am-5pm

Tebo- Monday-Friday 7am-4pm

• Occasional kneeling, stooping, and repetitive motions of feet

• Frequent standing, walking, sitting, bending, and reaching

• Continuous climbing, typing, hearing, talking, and repetitive motions of hands/wrists

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $20.38 – $30.58 per hour (based on qualifications and experience)
