Your next career move

• Work directly with clients and senior management to plan, execute and support all activities during a client implementation project for our proprietary software products
• Work on-site with clients to provide implementation consulting and training of end-users
• Participate with clients, developers and architects to contribute ideas and specifications to core products
• Assist in the daily management and administration of internal and external project mandates
• Assist developers in the QA process to produce high-quality products that meet client and internal specifications and technical standards
• Provide business process subject matter guidance and assistance to all team members
• Meet critical project deadlines, doing whatever it takes
• Provide post-implementation second-level support to clients as required

Does this sound like you?

• Understanding of Microsoft operating systems and server technologies
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Reporting Services would be an asset
• Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycles
• Minimum 3 years of business analysis, large-scale software implementation, application support, or project management prior experience
• PMP certification or CFA designation would be assets
• Expert understanding of mortgage lending, retail banking and/or capital markets and securitization
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present/train groups of people is a must
• Self-starter that can work in an agile environment with little oversight and direction
