Full Job Description
CareOnSite, a division of Tang & Company which provides occupational medical services nationwide, is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Assistant to work as a Drug and Alcohol Technician. The Drug and Alcohol Technician collects urine, saliva, hair, blood, & other specimen samples for drug and alcohol testing.
Pay rate: $20 – $23 / hr
Responsibilities and Duties
- Collects samples following Custody and Control Form (CCF) instructions and DOT Specimen Collection Guidelines
- Calibrates and Operates Equipment
- Drug Screen Collections (on-the-job trained and certified)
- Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT – on the job trained and certified)
- Administrative and Clerical
- Adheres to clinic policies and procedures
Qualifications and Skills
- 1+ years Medical Assistant required
- 1+ years Drug and Alcohol Testing experience preferred
- High School Graduate or GED
