Our client is a well-established, dynamic global technology company, We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing HR team. This role is a 12-month contract with a great mix of strategic and operational responsibilities.

Reporting to the HR Director the main responsibilities will include:

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process including; role briefing, creating the sourcing strategy, posting advertisements, shortlisting, phone screening, interviewing, keeping in touch and offering.
• Partnering with the business and hiring managers to recruit both permanent and contract roles.
• Sourcing and creating strong pipelines and talent pools of candidates on various platforms such as LinkedIn Seek Talent search.
• Partnering with HR Director and broader HR team to deliver a range of projects including EVP, ATS implementation and process optimization

To be considered for this opportunity, we ask you to have;

• Solid end-to-end internal recruitment experience across a broad range of corporate roles ideally within Technology.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to influence as well as manage expectations.
• A proactive, problem-solving approach.
