A market leader in the digital media industry, this creative progressive business is expanding and currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their Talent Acquisition team. With an impressive leadership team at the helm, the business is placing significant importance on culture, learning and development and employee well-being.

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Leading talent acquisition processes across your dedicated service line, providing advice and guidance to leaders regarding best practice.
• Coaching and guiding junior team members.
• Working through the full end to end talent acquisition process across a variety of senior level positions.
• Providing advice and guidance to leaders within your service in around go to market strategies.
• Pulling together market data and insights to benchmark positions internally.

To be successful within the role, you will bring:

• Previous experience working within a Senior Talent Acquisition position.
• The ability to, and experience of managing a range of Talent Acquisition projects.
• Experience recruiting for corporate. head office positions.
• Excellent Stakeholder Management skills.
