Partnering with the hiring managers and business leaders across the organisation, you will find yourself taking full ownership over the entire recruitment and selection process while enhancing the candidate and employee experience. This is a short term contract for either 3 or 6 months with genuine view to perm. Immediate start for the right candidate.

To be considered for this role you will have:

• Strong experience working as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, ideally within NFP or Health/Medical, but will consider other industries.
• Sound understanding of end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, with demonstrated experience of behavioural based interview techniques;
• Proven capability to effectively provide high quality candidate experience;
• Ability to use creative and modern sourcing techniques, including searching and attracting talent through social media;
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills;
• A “can do” attitude, willingness to drive fantastic business outcomes with passion for quality and high-performance;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple vacancies and juggle priorities.
