This global services organization that is currently experiencing a period of rapid growth is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team. As the Talent Acquisition Partner you will work closely with senior management across the business to coach and advise on effective hiring methods, ensuring consistency across the business.

Duties and responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Partner include:

• Partnering with senior stakeholders to understand to upcoming vacancies and priorities for the team.
• Pulling together hiring strategies for upcoming positions in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Providing advice and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practice.
• Mentoring the talent specialists, ensuring they have all of the information required to deliver an excellent hiring experience for hiring managers and candidates alike.
• Carrying out end to end recruitment processes for senior roles within the business.

To be successful within the role you will bring:

• Previous experience working within a true TA Partnering position.
• Ideally exposure to partnering with stakeholders at a global level.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Knowledge and experience of pulling together effective recruitment strategies.
