This well-known organisation is a leader in its field, providing essential care and support services across ANZ and the UK. An opportunity has arisen for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the function nationally based at their inner city Melbourne office.

This is a true leadership role where you will lead and manage a team across Australia to ensure a high performing Talent Acquisition function. You will demonstrate a creative and innovative approach to finding, attracting and retaining talent both internally and externally. You’ll also look to the future and use your strategic and long term vision to support workforce planning activities. You will have outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build great relationships with all your key stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will have proven capability as a Senior Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Manager in either an agency, RPO or internal environment. This role will allow you to use both your strategic and operational Talent Acquisition skills to drive the function forward.
