Our client is a leading blue-chip building and construction global organisation who has experienced steady operations and now growth due to positive industry demands. There now exists an initial 6-month contract opportunity, as a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join the well-established HR team, and assist with the end-to-end recruitment enterprise-wide across their multi-site white and blue-collar operations.

Immediate start for the right candidate, although those with notice are also welcome to apply. This role is located in our clients Head Office in Chatswood, flexibility is offered, i.e. working from home and also could be offered part-time.

More specifically you will be predominately focused on end-to-end recruitment, responsible for all recruitment activities and related talent projects, parting closely with hiring managers. This will involve working closely with delivery-focused individuals who are committed to exceeding customer expectations, who enjoy recruiting both skilled blue and white-collar industries.

To be considered for this role you will need the following;

• Highly customer-focused individual that enjoys developing new and existing working relationships.
• Proven experience managing high levels of resource demands within white and blue-collar;
• The ability to take a proactive approach to resource management;
• A self-motivated individual that enjoys working in a collaborative and delivery focused environment;
• Exceptional communication skills;
• Efficient and high attention to detail;
• Able to plan and prioritize, including multi-tasking;
• Team player who takes initiative and ownership;
• Good skills around systems, social media, and technology that supports the recruitment and workforce management.
