Our client is a well know financial services organisation. Whilst they recruit their permanent in-house recruiter, they are open to hiring someone on a pure contract or offering an immediate start contract with a view to perm.

Reporting directly to a Senior TA Lead, you will provide end-to-end recruitment solutions within a fast-paced environment, working with hiring managers, placing people into empowering sales-based financial services roles. This role will see you sourcing, screening, and shortlisting for the business as well as building a successful pipeline, talent pooling, and a strong emphasis on candidate management. You will have the opportunity to be involved in wider strategic recruitment projects to optimise the talent acquisition function, including the coaching of recruitment best practices to hiring managers across the organisation.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have had exposure to volume recruitment, ideally in Sales, Banking, and Finance, and enjoy candidate management. You could be an experienced recruiter, resourcer, or recruitment coordinator that’s been exposed to screening and interviewing that is looking for a step up in a leading brand. You will be proactive in searching and sourcing, and have a candidate-centric mindset, with the ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders, clients and candidates. An ability to track, use systems optimally and a continuous improvement mindset are key.
