Position Summary

The Consultant, Implementation Services performs a wide variety of implementation, payroll, and administrative duties, including specialized duties that require skill in evaluating and analyzing technical activities. In this client facing role, provides implementation presentation to new clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Project managing of the implementation client project. Ability to keep team on track and focus to meet client deadlines
• Coordinate between Sales, Account Manager, and Service teams to develop and execute implementation timeline, up to and until service handoff to ensure a highly efficient client onboarding experience.
• Coordinate internal efforts and external communication in order to ensure consistent implementation, by way of implementation timeline and project planning.
• Analyze the implementation and ongoing support of technical systems, software, or solutions.
• Identify and recommend new internal processes or policies related to payroll operations.
• Develop cross functional implementation processes and share with key stakeholders.
• Evaluate client needs, develop configurations that support business processes, execute on delivery and implementation plans, as well as aid in testing and troubleshooting final system setups.
• Understand implications of client configuration and set up on the end result.
• Audit data for new client to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Ensure client payroll practices are in compliance with Federal, State and Local regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of all software applications within the company to ensure appropriate integration between all products.
• Pro-actively identify and recommend new processes on client’s side to improve efficiencies/accuracy.
• Utilize extensive working knowledge of Federal laws and regulations related to the Payroll function.
• Provide exceptional client experience and service through onsite support.
• All other duties as assigned.

Education, Skills, and Experience:

• BA or BS in Business Administration, or a relevant field preferred.
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years combination of implementation and payroll.
• Proficient use of technology (Payroll systems, HRIS, Time and Attendance, and Microsoft Office

Suite).

• Experience in a client-facing position or client service experience.
• Ability to identify and create process improvement strategies for client and internal teams.
• A desire to have FUN!
