We are looking for an In-House Digital Advertising Specialist with real estate acumen to help drive our online presence, and help our clients sell and find their dream homes!

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute digital advertising strategies for our real estate, Mortgage and Title Companies
• Develop and Implement digital marketing plans for our real estate offerings, encompassing SEM, SEO, social media promotions, display ads, and other innovative channels
• Design high-conversion ad campaigns – from eye-catching visuals to persuasive copy and optimized landing pages
• Dive into market and competitor research to unearth advertising opportunities specific to the Tampa real estate landscape
• Work closely with our team to transform our objectives into impactful campaigns, ensuring alignment with our brand and resonance with our clientele
• Monitor and evaluate campaign outcomes, extracting insights and refining strategies for improved ROI
• Stay plugged into industry shifts, emerging platforms, and the latest in real estate digital marketing
• Partner with our creative wing to produce real estate-centric visuals, videos, and assets that enhance campaign results
• Implement A / B tests and iterative improvements to optimize for outcomes
• Oversee advertising budgets, ensuring smart, effective resource deployment
• Produce and present regular s detailing key campaign metrics, performance indicators, and insights to both team members and stakeholders

Qualifications

• A degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related disciplines is preferred but not mandatory
• Demonstrable digital advertising experience, with a strong emphasis on real estate
• Mastery over key advertising platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads, among others
• Sharp analytical skills, matched with a flair for drawing actionable conclusions from intricate data
• Outstanding communication skills; ability to elucidate advertising strategies and outcomes to diverse audiences
• Inventive approach, paired with a knack for tailoring advertising solutions to real estate targets
• A grasp of the Tampa real estate scene, its audience nuances, and effective marketing tactics
• Proven ability to juggle manifold campaigns, without compromising on detail precision
