While our main plant and head office is in Winnipeg we have a manufacturing and product development facility in Alexandria, Minnesota. A privately held company about to celebrate our 30th year, we have enjoyed a dynamic expansion over the last several years. It is our plan to continue on this path. Our growth has come organically through the development of new products, entry into new markets, and through acquisition. The majority of our sales are in the United States with the remainder in Canada. Employees number from 70 to 100 due to the seasonality of the business.

Reporting to the Founder and CEO you will be continuously interacting with the Sales, Manufacturing, Finance and Product Development leads internally as well as our vendors, clients, financial institutions and external accountants. So an outstanding capacity to communicate verbally and in writing is a requirement.

You will be focusing our limited resources to their most productive uses with the aim of creating maximum value for the company. You will be planning by prioritizing customer, employee, and organizational requirements. You will maintain and monitor staffing levels, expectations and motivation to fulfill our requirements

You will help develop Key Performance Indicators with your team and then monitor and report on them.

You will be integral to assisting the CEO set the strategic path of the company. You will protect the company’s assets.

Skills and Qualifications:

MBA or a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with at least 10 years experience in a manufacturing environment is a requirement, while an Engineering degree is an asset.

Intimate knowledge of a Tier 2 or higher ERP system as well as Excel

Thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment

Ability to plan, organize and prioritize a multitude of tasks with conflicting time constraints and deadlines
