Position Summary:
The ideal candidate should be extremely proficient in financial modeling, have a solid foundation in accounting, extensive experience analyzing financial data and communicating results to drive the development and implementation of action plans to improve performance.

• Prepare/present monthly financial review for senior management.
• Monitor, analyze, investigate, and report variances to actual, budget, and prior periods
• Prepare presentations on working capital and help quantify impact of initiatives on cash flow
• Provide meaningful, timely financial analysis of business performance and opportunities
• Extract/utilize data from various information systems to support additional information as needed
• Ad hoc analysis of business trends
• Contribute to the ongoing development and revisions to long-term corporate financial model; track ongoing changes to the business in the rolling forecast

Requirements:

• Advanced Excel and Database skills, including experience with financial modeling
• Experience in high growth start up or similar environment required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data, reports and analyses in an effective manner to a variety of audiences
• Ability to manage and interpret large volumes of data
• Experience with financial analysis in healthcare a plus
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with individuals at all levels throughout the organization
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required

** This is a remote position, but candidate must live within commuting distance to New York, NY, as you may need to work out of the office periodically. **
