My client is a leading building contractor, with a busy and fast growing workload.
As a result of securing further new projects, this employer is looking to strengthen their team further with the appointment of a Design Manager and Design Coordinator to work on a range of Industrial and Distribution projects, which is a busy and fast growing sector. 

They deliver Multi-million pound projects for some of the biggest client names in the industry. This employer is a leader in their field. 

REQUIREMENTS: 

To be considered for this Design Manager role you must meet the following criteria:

– Knowledge of Building Sector.
– Previous employment as a Design Co-ordinator, D&B Coordinator, D&B Manager, Design Manager. Architects / Architectural Technicians or Civil / Structural Engineers also considered.  
– Previous experience on Industrial, Distribution, Logistics or Warehouse or similar projects..
– Previous Main Contractor employment essential  
– High level of communication skills. 
– Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc). 
– Flexibility to travel / visit sites nationwide.

LOCATION:  Flexible to visit sites nationwide

(Time split between visiting sites and hot desking locally / some remote work also available).

REMUNERATION:

The successful Design Manager will receive:

*£30,000 – £60,000 Basic (Dependant on experience)
*Car Allowance
*Healthcare
*Pension (very competitive).
*Bonus
