Leading client in insurance, based in Brisbance CBD, requires a Business Analyst for a large, multiyear transformation program. Initial 12 months contract, day rate up to $1000 plus super, hybrid working week. Opportunity to work with technology SMEs and industry leaders on a large and complex program of work.

Responsibilities

• Analyse legacy systems and data
• Gather, validate and articulate needs & requirements.
• Document requirements.
• Data analysis
• Use your knowledge of Agile environments to ensure adoption and increase Agile maturity in your team
• Be an expert in facilitating and communicating with various stakeholders
• Define and Design TO-BE and AS-IS process
• Identify risks and improve efficiencies

Essential requirements

• Strong data analysis and data migration experience
• Must have experience within insurance
• Tertiary Qualification in Information Technology and/or Business or equivalent industry experience
• Experience with Agile Projects
• Proven delivery track record and references
• Experience in working with geographically distributed teams
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
