Talenza has been engaged by a highly reputable & established organisation to secure a Head of Portfolio Management Office. You will be joining the organisation as they embark on a large multi-year & customer-focussed digital transformation journey.

This is a pivotal leadership role where you will drive the transformational and operational success of the organisations project portfolio. Working closely with C-suite stakeholders, you will be leading a dedicated team in strategic planning and project delivery, collaborating with executive leaders across divisions to ensure alignment with their goals. Your leadership will shape the PMO into a trusted advisor and a centre of excellence for project delivery, fostering a culture of success, innovation, and inclusivity.

Necessary Skills and Experience:

• Looking for an enthusiastic and engaging leader who can build the PMO into a centre of excellence for Project Delivery
• Must have demonstrated expertise in the conversion of strategy into operational requirements
• At least 8+ years proven leadership experience including overseeing a PMO or transformation function
• Demonstrated experience in financial services or another highly-regulated environment ideal
• Ability to develop, apply and refine a Governance Framework to oversee the portfolio, and balance project practice best practice, project agility and appetite for risk
