Are you a Business Analyst with a strong background in financial/commercial analysis? With your experience in IT systems and cloud transformation projects, you will be adding valuable insights into this project for our government client based in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane. Working with agile delivery methods, you will enjoy a collaborative and supportive environment, on a hybrid working week of WFH/O.

Your responsibilities includes

• Providing input into strategic business and financial planning processes, including the financial analysis of business initiatives to support sound decision making.
• Developing complex financial models and scenarios.
• Conducting detailed analysis of financial data to drive business decisions
• Develop, Manage and track finance data and s
• Stakeholder management and ability to present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Identify commercial risks
• Undertake comprehensive financial and commercial evaluation
• Review and improve on related finance/systems processes

Key requirements

• Relevant degree or experience
• Strong analytical mind and a deep understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Expert in financial modelling
• Extensive experience in finance ing, including generating timely and accurate s to support management decision-making.
• Your keen eye for detail and ability to interpret complex financial data will be essential in providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Exceptional communication skills to build relationship with key stakeholders and present to senior stakeholders
