Talenza has partnered with an Australian bank to find 6 AML Analysts to join a dynamic team to work on a business critical, remediation program.

Our client is dedicated to maintaining the highest financial security standards and due to a regulatory change they are launching a 12-month AML remediation program.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate AML compliance and conduct due diligence on customer accounts.
• Analyse and suspicious transactions.
• Identify and assess AML risks and collaborate on remediation efforts.
• Ensure compliance with Australian AML regulations.
• Assist in policy development and maintain accurate documentation.
• Prepare AML s for regulatory authorities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• Previous AML compliance or financial investigation experience.
• Knowledge of AUSTRAC and APRA regulations is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Team player with an ability to meet deadlines.
