TalentSource Hiring for Marketing & Digital Sales Leader Full Time

Are you an analytical & strategic marketing leader looking to make an impact?

In this unique, fun and challenging role, you will oversee marketing for this growing organization while working directly with the General Manager. Our client is looking for an intuitive and open minded marketing professional that customizes their approach to meet the needs of our client’s unique business, including marketing research data and creating/executing a strategic marketing plan. This will include a wide range of marketing functions from negotiating with vendors to determine if products should be purchased or custom-made to creating displays for trade shows. Additionally, you will inherit a talented team including someone in pricing, digital sales/Google and product development. Your overall goal is to stay ahead of our client’s market by being proactive and anticipating future needs while helping them grow their business. You should possess excellent customer relationship skills with a forward thinking mindset and will be an integral member of our client’s leadership team.

Requirements include ….

3+ years of strategic marketing analysis experience
Ability to create and execute an annual marketing plan
Understanding of financials, including pricing, sales & margins
Digital sales & Google Analytics

Mechanical aptitude (product development experience preferred)
Excellent communication skills
Collaborative team player
