In this exciting role, you will work directly with the Plant Manager and oversee the implementation and coordination of policies and programs relating to employee relations, training, employment, benefits, and safety to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines as well as manage and administer all HR functions at the facility.

Requirements…

• Bachelor’s degree in a HR related field preferred or equal experience
• Manufacturing experience
• PHR/SPHR certification is preferred
• Proficient Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of labor and employment laws
