Customer Quality Engineer needed ASAP!

Job Description

Design/Establish procedures/instruction/relevant Quality related documentation

Report disturbances and recurrent defects to plant management team

Keep disturbance logs up to date, compile quality statistics/reports both for internal and external needs

Participate in Quality assurance process for new products and changes in running

Customer oriented work:

Action responsible towards customer regarding quality issues

Receiver of all incoming external and internal alerts

Secure that alerts are taken care of and answered to within agreed time frame

Participate in cross functional team to perform cause analysis and implementation of decided measures related to customer disturbance

Compile statistics for quality situation for respective customer and participate in customer meeting at site or customer site

Evaluate, approve, and submit PPAP to customer for new products and product changes

Requirements

Minimum 3 years in a HVAC and/or Automotive manufacturing environment

Higher degree as Engineering degree/Technical diploma or similar

Strong analytical and auditing skills

Ability to work independently

Understanding of customer requirements and knowledge/experience in standard Quality tools, e.g., 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP/PPAP, and Lean tools as Kaizen, 5S, Five Why analysis, Poka Yoke etc.

Knowledge/experience in Management systems standards, e.g., ISO9001, IATF16949
