AZ MediQuip is looking for an experienced Senior Manager of Digital Marketing for their expanding corporate services team located in beautiful Scottsdale, AZ! Already the largest retailer of home medical equipment and supplies in Arizona, AZ MediQuip is continuing to grow and expand their online presence. With over 20 years in business, and 8 locations throughout Arizona, AZ MediQuip is a small and growing company that embraces those with the entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to enact change.

What you’ll be doing:

As a Senior Manager of Digital Marketing, you will be working in the Scottsdale office, leading the business forward on a variety of digital and traditional platforms to provide compelling messaging that represents the brand while delivering a best-in-class shopping experience. This role is designed for someone with a history of eCommerce development, accomplished leadership, strong communication skills, able to think critically and provide creative and strategic solutions.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead overall strategy for digital and traditional media
• Develop and grow our eCommerce business
• Gather, analyze, and present complex information to make data-driven decisions
• Create and maintain engaging, keyword-rich content for website, email, flyers, catalogs, mailers, and other marketing platforms materials
• Track and on results using various data analysis tools to make crucial decisions, improve conversion rates, and ultimately grow revenue
• Challenge the status quo and present new opportunities to improve the efficiency of existing processes and achieve desired outcomes
• Conduct market research and stay abreast of industry trends
• Coordinate company marketing efforts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications preferred
• 5+ years of progressive marketing and leadership experience
• Previous business to consumer experience
• Experience managing SEO required

Compensation:
