What you’ll be doing

In a corporate Talent Aquisition Operations Manager role, you can expect to be a part of a team that not only drives the mission but introduces it to prospective patients, family members of those in need of care and medical professionals who refer their patients. This is by no means a “behind-the-scenes” role, as your work will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways:

• Leads the development and execution of a system-wide Talent Acquisition strategy including sourcing, presentation, online presence, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and other administrative aspects of full lifecycle recruiting.
• Leads the Talent Acquisition team ensuring a high level of recruitment services cross the system. 6-8 direct reports.
• Develops strong relationships with hiring managers across the system.
• Conducts hands-on recruitment for corporate and Physician positions.
• Focuses on Talent Acquisition effectiveness and efficiency by analyzing key metrics to ensure the timely achievement of desired goals.
• Leads the sourcing and placement of candidates whose values are aligned with the mission
• Develops and executes the Physician Talent Acquisition strategy and plan across the organization.
• Consults with hiring managers on topics of staffing and workflow processes.
• Leads the program development for promotion of talent acquisition activities through a variety of media, community activities and networking
• Manages the Applicant Tracking System and Reporting.
• Develops, recommends, and implements personnel policies and procedures to continuously enhance the recruiting experience.

What you will bring:

• 5+ years of human resource or recruiting experience.
• 2 years team lead experience required, management experience preferred
• 15% travel required
• Experience recruiting physicians a plus!

Compensation starting range for the Recruiting Manager role is $95,000 to $110,000 annually. Ranges are based upon market expectations and are dependent upon candidate experience.
