Job Description :

The Specialist, Digital Marketing and SEO supports the strategy and execution of our clients Google advertising campaigns, which have become a growing and successful channel for our client.

This role will execute and continually refine campaigns to drive revenue and engagement goals for our clients training and education business, advocacy efforts, and member recruitment and retention.

Develop and refine content strategy for our clients intranet site.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop Google Ads advertising strategy for designated marketing campaigns to support conferences, schools, training, Membership efforts and advocacy :

• Create and implement comprehensive Google Ads campaigns based on marketing priorities for each product, program or initiative.
• Adjust all campaign features (including keyword research, ad copy development, bidding optimization, ad schedule optimization, device and location adjustments, and negative keyword list, to meet campaign goals
• Initiate new and innovative ways to advertise our clients offerings by continually testing marketing approaches and messaging to increase metrics (impressions, CTC, conversions).
• Monitor web analytics dashboards and key ing tools; make weekly, monthly, bi-annual, quarterly, and annual recommendations to optimize KPIs.
• Recommend budget adjustments based on historical data and performance.
• Communicate paid search strategy / recommendations and on paid campaign performance to internal team members.
• Stay up to date on the latest SEM industry trends and news.

Support the adoption of new industry standards for analytics to measure success of online campaigns :

• Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud’s Datorama and / or Interaction Studio to track results and provide campaign optimization recommendations.
• Adopt Google Analytics 4 standards to track user events and conversion through a customer journey.

Manage marketing projects and campaigns for our clients intranet site :

• Work closely with Human Resources, Communications, and other departments to develop content for our clients intranet site.
• Develop new and interesting content to keep the Intranet fresh.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and adjust content as necessary.

Assist Senior Director with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Marketing Automation Platform :

• Leverage data to measure and optimize paid advertising support & drive insights.
• Create training and drive adoption of self-serve for web usage metrics to drive insights.
• Support strategy to add Google Ads and digital advertising into marketing journeys.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing and communications preferred or related field of study.
• Two to three years’ experience executing / managing Google Ad campaigns. Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio for data / conversion tracking and ing
• Two to three years of experience supporting or executing Google Ad campaigns. Must be familiar with Google Analytics. Google Ads certified in Search, Display, and / or Measurement.
• Experience working with and knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio for data / conversion tracking and ing.

Preference for Google Analytics & AdWords Certifications.

• Experience with SEO keyword research and on-page optimization techniques.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other marketing automation platforms including developing campaigns, data segments, landing pages, and analytics preferred.
• An understanding and experience executing direct response techniques from a database and creative perspective.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including copyediting and business writing.
• Strong reasoning and analytical skills. Data-driven thinking with a propensity to always look for ways to improve performance.
• Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience using MS Office Suite, in particular strong knowledge of Excel. Using Excel, at a minimum, must be able to analyze data using charts and graphs.
