TalentPool Hiring for Talent Acquisition Partner Job at London, England Full Time

Thrive is a high-growth HR Tech start-up based in London. Since launching in June 2020 we’ve grown fast and are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help expand our team.

The role

• Ensuring a healthy pipeline of top talent though a direct sourcing approach and implementing effective delivery of attraction strategies
• Administering Thrive’s own hiring assessments to support assessment of candidates
• Supporting the company’s expansion outside of the UK
• Managing internal stakeholder relationships with hiring managers
• Supporting project work within employer branding and a positive candidate journey

Skills & Attributes

• Experience recruiting across job functions from agency and/or in-house recruitment roles
• A strong track record in direct headhunting
• Proven ability to build good relationships
• A can-do, agile attitude necessary to thrive in a scale-up environment
