Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and personable individual to join our team as an Optometry Client Relations and Brand Communication Specialist. This role is pivotal in shaping the growth and success of our practice in Bondi, Sydney. If you are an excellent communicator, have a knack for building strong relationships, and possess a passion for representing luxurious brands, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Ambassadorship:

• Represent our luxury brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing a welcoming and memorable experience.
• Effectively communicate our brand message to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
• Present a well-groomed and fashion-forward image to align with the luxury environment.

2. Administrative Support:

• Take charge of receptionist and office responsibilities.
• Efficiently manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring prompt and courteous responses.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the practice’s calendar.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

3. Client Growth and Engagement:

• Identify opportunities to grow the practice by engaging with clients and understanding their needs.
• Actively seek feedback and suggestions from clients to improve our services.
• Foster long-term client relationships through excellent service and personalized interactions.

4. Luxury Brand Experience:

• Prior experience working with luxurious brands is essential.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Continuously stay updated on luxury fashion trends and eye care products.

5. Creative Thinking:

• Think outside of the standard scope to contribute innovative ideas for brand promotion and growth.

6. Flexible Schedule:

• The workdays will be negotiable with the candidate.
• Our client’s clinic is open on Saturdays, and the opening hours from Monday to Friday are 10 am to 6 pm, and Saturdays are 9 am to 4 pm.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with luxury brands is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Proactive and able to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in basic administrative tasks and computer skills.
• Familiarity with the Bondi, Sydney area is a plus.
