Key Responsibilities:

As a PMO Analyst, you will play a critical role in project planning, execution, and governance. Your focus on compliance and adherence to best practices will be instrumental in our successful project delivery. Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with project teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Operate ServiceNow from a project planning perspective, ensuring accurate and up-to-date project data.
• Implement and enforce project management and governance best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain a deep understanding of industry compliance standards and ensure projects align with these requirements.
• Oversee resource capacity management, ensuring that project resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status s.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of executive-level s and presentations, conveying project status and key performance indicators.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing relevant changes.

Qualifications and Experience:

To excel in this role, you should possess a blend of project management expertise, governance acumen, and a deep understanding of compliance standards within the telecommunications industry. Key qualifications and experience include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. PMI certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a PMO Analyst in a highly regulated and compliance-driven industry, preferably telecommunications.
• Proficiency in operating ServiceNow or similar project management tools for effective project planning and tracking.
• Sound knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and governance best practices.
• Familiarity with resource capacity management and the ability to optimize resource allocation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration across various teams and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High level of professionalism and integrity, ensuring adherence to compliance standards and ethical principles.
