Position Overview:

As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing data centre relocation and integration projects for our telecommunication clients. You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure project success by delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. Your expertise in digital integration, infrastructure management, and proficiency in relevant tools will contribute significantly to project success and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans for data centre relocation and integration, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project objectives. Lead the execution of projects, managing resources, timelines, and budgets effectively.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and subcontractors. Communicate project updates, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with data centre relocation and integration projects. Implement proactive risk management strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure project success.
• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations. Monitor project deliverables and performance metrics to maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Leverage your experience in digital integration to ensure seamless integration of data centres with existing digital infrastructure. Identify opportunities for digital integration and optimize digital processes to enhance project efficiency.
• Utilize your expertise in infrastructure management to oversee the deployment and management of resources, including hardware, software, and networking components. Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of infrastructure solutions.
• Utilize your proficiency in tools like ServiceNow, AWS (Amazon Web Services), and SAS (Statistical Analysis System) to streamline project management processes, manage cloud computing resources, and analyze project data effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on data centre relocation and integration projects.
• Experience with digital integration and infrastructure management highly regarded.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow for project management and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with AWS (Amazon Web Services) for cloud computing and infrastructure management.
• Experience with SAS (Statistical Analysis System) for data analysis and ing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
