The Opportunity
These are six month positions and will suit someone who is highly passionate about Talent Acquisition and building and fostering stakeholder and candidate relationships. The key purpose for these positions is to provide a best practice consultative approach to the company’s recruitment needs, by sourcing and attracting high quality talent.
The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited too:

• Delivering the end to end recruitment process
• Sourcing plan: advertising, LinkedIn, Seek, Indeed, internal referrals, head hunting
• Candidate engagement; resume screening, phone screening, interview booking/participation
• Talent pooling and candidate management
• Partnering with your stakeholders to provide a guide on best practice talent engagement processes
• Providing strategic advice to hiring managers on more complex roles

About you

• Minimum 4-5 years’ experience within Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
• Experience using and optimising applicant tracking Systems
• Experienced with talent mapping
• Exceptional relationship building and management skills
• A strong communicator, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage your workload autonomously
• Strong negotiation skills
• The ability to work with teams across various geographic locations
• A high level of IT skills and proficient in using Microsoft Office suite
