About the roles: *

The responsibilities for these roles include, but are not limited too:

Working with hiring managers to take thorough job briefs and gaining a comprehensive understanding of their needs

• Ad writing and advertising through various sourcing channels
• Phone screening and facilitating and participating in face to face interviews
• Providing strategic advice to hiring managers on more complex roles
• Providing feedback to successful and unsuccessful candidates

About you: *

*
Minimum 2 years’ experience within end to end recruitment

• Experience with using and optimising Applicant Tracking Systems
• Experienced with talent mapping
• Exceptional relationship building and management skills
• A strong communicator, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage your workload autonomously
• Strong negotiation skills
• The ability to work with teams across various geographic locations
• A high level of IT skills and proficient in using Microsoft Office suite
