This organization is passionate about delivering the highest quality of service to their clients and their people and we are very excited to be assisting them with finding an experienced HR Advisor to join their team.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an exciting temporary opportunity with an immediate start until the end of June 2022 and is ideal for an experienced HR Generalist who is immediately available and looking for their next challenge, where they can join a high performing HR team. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the work of your colleagues, including the implementation of key projects and initiatives.
The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited too:

• Providing end to end operational HR support
• Managing the recruitment of your regional portfolio for employees
• Training design, delivery and support to employees and management
• Gathering and reporting on organization-wide key HR metrics and trend analysis
• Employee relations and case management
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of relevant legislations, regulations and standards
• Adhering to and a role model of the company values and policies
• Supporting the roll out of key HR initiatives
• Continuously building strong stakeholder relationships

ABOUT YOU
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will possess the following:

• Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience in a generalist HR role
• Previous experience in ER/IR case management
• High level of interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus
• Well-developed organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
