We have partnered with one of WA’s leading Accounting and Auditing Firms who are seeking a qualified Marketing and Communications Specialist to join their team. Working closely with the Managing Partner and Partners of the Firm, this exciting position is responsible for brand management and innovative marketing and communications strategies ensuring promotional and positioning activities and delivery are in line with the firm’s objectives and strategy.

What The Marketing And Communications Specialist Role Looks Like…

This position will focus on both internal and external stakeholders’ engagement, which will include, but is not limited to:

• Brand management and brand positioning in the market aligned with the Firm’s brand style guidelines.
• Creating digital marketing and communications platforms including website, intranet, social media channels and online marketing software.
• Develop Marketing and Communication plans in consultation with the Firm across key service lines and Industry segments.
• Collaborate with the Firm’s state marketing committees and key stakeholders, to deliver initiatives, marketing and digital strategy, and projects.
• Support the Events Coordinator and the divisions with marketing-related activities at national events, seminars, and conferences.
• Ensure project plans and budget for relevant national Marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate and implement national internal and external communication activities.
• Coordinate and support the development of thought leadership, articles, Public Relations, and media-related activities.

Requirements

It’s great that you are still reading – that means you resonate with the above! We are searching for someone who can meet most of the following selection criteria:

• Tertiary degree in Marketing, Communication and/or Digital Media.
• Demonstrated experience undertaking marketing campaigns in a complex organisation with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly developed verbal, written and visual communication skills across various channels with exceptional attention to detail and editing abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with little to no supervision and as part of a team, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Sound judgement, critical thinking, and analytical skills to support client service delivery requirements.
• Highly developed integrity and organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects, and coordinate marketing activities for various internal and external stakeholders to achieve goals and objectives.
• High level of proficiency in digital marketing across social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube), and a solid understanding of Hootsuite, Kentico CMS, Swift and Adobe products.
