What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Evaluate and assign Behavior Interventionists (BI) to participants based on match-criteria and program requirements
• Maintain accurate participant and interventionist information in databases
• Respond to scheduling requests and changes, ensuring timely communication with relevant parties
• Generate and submit accurate s for billing and payroll
• Attend meetings, trainings, and other requested events
• Perform other assigned duties

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• AA degree in a related field and 3-5 years of customer service and/or administrative support experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software programs
• Ability to work independently, handle competing priorities, and perform data entry
• Knowledge of wage and hour rules and regulations
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain professionalism
• Ability to exercise good judgment, interpret policies and regulations, and maintain confidentiality
• Criminal record/fingerprint clearance required
