What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Coordinate clinical employee schedules based on ordered clinical needs and patient direction
• Manage scheduler-identified s and communicate patient changes to appropriate Home Health employees
• Ensure timely initiation of care to maintain regulatory compliance
• Respond to emergency calls and arrange schedules accordingly
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Clinical Supervisors to meet patient needs

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or GED; advanced education desirable
• Current employee experience, preferably in a temporary Staffing Agency or Home Health environment
• Knowledge of medical terminology or a general medical background desirable
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare-related service
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare setting
