What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Computer skills including navigating multiple tabs and systems
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
• Solid written and verbal communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• 2-3 years of call center experience
• 2-5 years of previous customer service work from home experience
• Utility industry experience
• Advanced computer skills including navigating multiple tabs and systems
• Typing speed of 60-65 words per minute
