Job Duties

• Receive initial calls and gather vehicle information for potential Total Loss claims
• Enter vehicle information accurately and completely into the system
• Communicate vehicle value to callers based on database information
• Forward calls for vehicles requiring additional research to respective departments
• Process incoming work such as faxed requests and dealer inventory updates while maintaining productivity and quality standards

Qualifications

• No prior insurance or automotive experience required, as training will be provided
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Exceptional organization skills
• Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding customer service
• Strong technical aptitude
• Ability to work independently
• Quiet and professional home work environment without distractions
• High-speed internet connection (DSL or cable modem – non-cellular – with minimum speed of 25 mbps download and 15 mbps upload)

Additional Information

• Starting wage is $17.00 per hour, with eligibility for monthly incentives and annual company bonus based on performance
• No selling or collections involved in this role
