What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Coordinate patient discharge and secure nursing and delivery services
• Prepare and obtain all necessary documentation for new referrals
• Assist patients with upfront payment and financial assistance programs
• Ensure clean claims and follow-up on missing paperwork
• Support Patient Registration Supervisor and Manager with special assignments

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two years of related experience
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Previous healthcare/medical billing experience preferred
